print.management is an independent print procurement service. Our registered correspondence address is available on request via info@print.management.
When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry. When you visit our website we collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) for security and analytics.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, issue invoices, fulfil print jobs, meet legal and accounting obligations, and (with your consent) send you occasional updates about our service. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legitimate interest for replying to direct enquiries; contract for quoting and fulfilling orders; consent for marketing communications (which you can withdraw at any time); legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from last contact. Customer records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years for accounting purposes.
