print.management is an independent print procurement service operating in the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of our website and services.
All quotes are provided on an open-book basis with our flat management fee clearly stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is subject to final artwork, quantity and specification confirmation.
An order is formed when you confirm acceptance of our quote in writing (email is sufficient). Once production has started, changes may be subject to additional charges recoverable from the supplier.
Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to request payment in advance for new customers or for jobs above an agreed threshold.
Delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith. Risk in goods transfers on delivery to the specified address. Any discrepancy or damage must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific job in question. We do not accept liability for consequential losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You retain all rights in your artwork and brand materials. You warrant that you have the rights necessary to reproduce any content supplied to us for printing.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
